Draft under legal review
This document was drafted for review by CFSM's legal counsel and is not yet the definitive version. The highlighted passages flag the information CFSM must complete or confirm before it can be treated as in force.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of cfsm.com.mx, operated by [CFSM: completar razón social exacta] (“CFSM”). By browsing the site, downloading its materials or submitting any of its forms, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
2. Informational nature of the content
The content published on this site — newsletters, editorial insights, tombstones of closed transactions and the indicative valuation calculator — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, nor an offer, recommendation or invitation to buy or sell securities or to enter into any transaction.
Nothing on this site creates an advisory relationship between you and CFSM. That relationship arises solely from an engagement agreement signed by both parties.
3. Valuation simulator
The simulator's estimates are calculated using public market multiples and are indicative only. A professional valuation considers capital structure, transaction comparables, discounted cash flows and buyer-specific synergies. Do not base investment, sale or financing decisions on the simulator's output; for a formal valuation, contact us.
4. Tombstones and confidentiality
The transaction information published in the tombstones section is public or expressly authorized by clients. CFSM maintains strict confidentiality over live mandates and over participants' sensitive data, and publishes no figures or counterparties that have not been released.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, analysis, trademarks, logos, photographs, illustrations, typefaces and design of this site are the property of CFSM or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party logos shown in the clients and tombstones sections belong to their respective owners and appear for identification purposes only.
You may consult, download and print the site's content for personal or internal professional use, provided you credit CFSM as the source. Any reproduction, public distribution, modification or commercial use requires our prior written authorization.
6. Permitted use of the site

- Impersonating another person or submitting false data through the contact or careers forms.
- Posting third-party confidential information or personal data you are not entitled to share.
7. Links and third-party content
The site includes third-party links and components — the location map or CFSM's institutional profiles on professional networks, for example. CFSM does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; their use is governed by the relevant third party's own terms.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on the site current and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or continuous updating. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any section of the site without prior notice.

9. Processing of personal data
The personal data you submit through the contact, careers or newsletter forms is processed in accordance with our privacy notice, which forms an integral part of these terms. It sets out the purposes, the processors involved and the means for exercising your ARCO rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services, the operation of the site or the applicable legislation change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and the last-updated date appears at the foot of the document. Continuing to use the site after an update constitutes acceptance of it.
